Become a Peer

In the years I have worked for Peer, I have had solo engagements that expanded my knowledge and provided interesting challenges, as well as working with other Peers who bring their skills and a determination to succeed. Peer is one of the most supportive companies with which I have worked.  Even on my solo engagements, I have never felt alone.

My fellow consultants are all hardworking professionals that work well as a team. If you need help with anything all you have to do is ask and you will have multiple responses for assistance. Working with management is not like working with a typical management team because it’s like working with colleagues. They are helpful and work hard to match your skills with projects, but also listen to what you would like to work on. They believe in work/life balance and don’t want people to burn out.
